New software Version8.0.0.0 (July 19, 2007)

Added function to limit the maximum file size, solved file size too big problem in previous version. This new version is not compatible with all previous versions. So please completely uninstall the previous installation software before you install this new version, including Driver, DVR server, DVP, IE/webview, and recording files.

New software Version7.4.0.3 Released 2 (July 11, 2007 for Ether9xxxx series & Aug 01 for Ether10xxx series)

1. Corrected the problems with B/W cameras in previous versions software: can't magnify problem on the     DVR server and no image problem on the client software.

2.Optimized the audio effect on Ether9404A, greatly improved the sound recording quality. 

3. Under PTZ settings, added zoom function on preset.

4.Rectified the problem with auto reboot Windows OS feature existed in V7.4.0.2.

3. Version 9000_en_V7.4.0.1 can support all the 9000 series cards to mix-use in the same PC, including Ether9404 and Ether9404A and Ether9808

4.We add a new function to the client software DVP, that is, it can keep the IP or domain name in memory.

5. Ether9404A support remote sound-monitoring and remote audio recording.

New software Version7.3.0.1 Released (Nov 17,2006)

1. Motion detection sensitivity adjustment is added. Recoding won't stop until there is no motion detected within the specified recording duration.

2. You can choose the time stamp to be black/white while directly on any computer without installing player. WMV format backup is deleted        

3. Add general display mode to improve the compatibility with more display cards        

4.PTZ auto cruise between Preset points function. Interval can be defined.

Note:

1. DirectX9.0 must be installed before you install our new software. If your hard disk exceeds 120G, please use WinXP with SP2, or Win2000 with big-hard-risk-mend. We recommend you to update your operation system to the latest version.

2. Recording files by the software of old version 5.2(or older) can't be recognized by new version 7.0. And we have made changes on client-side, player and remote inserts, so please use the latest version.

3. You can use the software of new version to recognize the new DVR cards only, while the old cards can only be recognized by old version. Use the new version 7.0 when you have our new cards and old cards work together in the same PC.
